The European Institute for Asian Studies, jointly with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung and the Hanns Seidel Stiftung, will be organising a European Union-India-United States trialogue on the 30th of September 2004 in Brussels on the eve of the EU-India summit to take place in Den Haag mid-October. New Staff:
We have a new Director's Assistant and Researcher, Caroline Horekens, who is making a great contribution to implementing the Institute's work programme.

We have two interns with us untill the end of the year; Jappe Eckhardt from the University of Amsterdam and Eileen Ho from the University of Hong Kong.
