We can offer a range of services for people and organisations looking to hold meetings and functions in the heart of Brussels' European quarter.

Our location on Rue de la Loi is close to the major EC offices and the European Parliament, and our expertise in organising functions from small meetings to international conferences means that we can assist you to provide a professional environment for your functions.

The Meeting Room is 5.5m x 10m and can seat up to 50 people. It is suitable for large meetings, smaller 'round table' events and as a place for meeting delegations, holding board meetings etc.

Meeting Organiser - We can provide a member of staff who can organise your function for you, including hotel bookings, travel arrangements, liason with yourself and speakers. We can also design and send out invitations

Refreshments - Tired of limp sandwiches? We can offer a range of foods and refreshments from scrumptious rolls to a full buffet service. Our experience in our 'luncheon briefings' means that we can find great quality food at reasonable prices with providers that we know and trust. We can also take into account different dietary requirements for whatever background or culture your visitors are from.

Restaurant Booking - If you need more than a snack, we can find you a suitable restaurant for your budget and taste.

Private Room - Adjacent to the meeting room is an office you can use to prepare for the meeting and to have private discussions in afterwards.

Multimedia - We can provide internet connections, computers and a digital projector as well as any technical assistance you may require.

Audio/Visual Recording - We can make a record of your meeting in several ways. We can photograph or video the proceedings and we can make audio recordings of the meeting or interviews with the speakers.

This information can then be prepared for you in many ways, from the raw photographs and recordings to fully edited mp3 files, video files, photo galleries etc, suitable for uploading to websites or as use as podcasts.

Office and Secretarial - We can provide you with a computer, printer, internet, photocopier and telephone.
